  • The product to be returned must be:

    • In its original packaging and with all accessories intact.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns for products intended for personal use (e.g., textile accessories like buttons) will not be accepted if the packaging has been opened or the product has been used.

2. Return Process

Return Application:

  • To initiate your return request, send an email to info@ranour.com.
  • Include your order number and the reason for your return in your request.

Approval and Shipping:

  • After your return request is reviewed, a confirmation email will be sent to you.
  • You can send the product to the address specified in the confirmation email, with shipping costs borne by you.

Product Inspection:

  • The returned product will be inspected by us. If the product meets the return conditions, your payment will be refunded.

Refund Process:

  • For approved returns, your payment will be refunded via the original payment method within 10 business days. This period may vary depending on your bank’s processes and policies.

3. Non-Acceptable Return Cases

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or removed from their original packaging.
  • Requests made after the 14-day return period.
  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Returns that do not comply with our return policy.
